Public Finance Banker

This role will be in-person based in Chatham, NJ with the expectation of five days in the office.
We are seeking an experienced Public Finance Banker with strong relationships across Municipal Bond Issuers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing transactions, working closely with clients from initial engagement to post-transaction management. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage our 40+ year old platform and extensive investor base to build a substantial client franchise.
Qualifications:
- · 5+ years proven track record in fixed income sales, particularly with real-money institutional investors.
- · Established network of strong client relationships within the financial industry.
- · Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- · Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- · Understanding of R. Seelaus’ mission and how to incorporate it into client relationships.
